Resolved Question: I recently won a cruise getaway by signing up at a booth at the mall, is there any risk in this?

I paid a 20 dollar deposit to set up an appointment at a resort in Galveston Texas, the lady also informed me of a possible 100dollar deposit fee towards the trip and that was all. When i go to the appointment they said i would recieve a 40 dollar visa card to pay me back the 20 dollar deposit i paid and 20 more for me.
