***Be sure to watch the High Quality Version*** Upon arriving in Galveston, Texas for Hurricane Ike, we directly headed for the sea wall. Even from about five blocks away we could see the waves crashing against the sea wall and the spray was reaching heights of about 20 feet (as high as the traffic signals).
